Candy Bar sits around the middle of Soi 6, squeezed between Poison and Desire in one of the street’s busiest stretches.

It’s a compact, traditional Soi 6 bar with an open frontage, a small pole-dancing stage inside and a relatively intimate setup that keeps the girls, customers and action close together. There are rooms upstairs, while downstairs the focus stays firmly on drinks, conversation and the constant activity spilling in from the soi outside. The bar usually carries a smaller team than some of the bigger names on the street, which gives it a more close-knit feel.

The location has plenty of Soi 6 history behind it too, having previously operated as Pat Bar before becoming Candy Bar more than a decade ago. These days it gets going from the mid-afternoon and continues until around 2am.

Surrounded by plenty of temptation already, Candy Bar adds something a little sweeter to the middle of Soi 6.
